We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of the hotel, ensure compliance, and manage all accounting functions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Manage the hotel’s full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and budget forecasts.
Monitor daily revenue reports, room revenue, F&B revenue, and other departmental income.
Ensure accurate posting of transactions and reconciliation of bank statements.
Oversee night audit reports and verify revenue accuracy.
Manage vendor payments, credit control, and collections.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and hotel industry accounting standards.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support audit processes.
Monitor cost controls for F&B, stores, purchases, and inventory systems.
Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
Supervise and train accounting staff, ensuring smooth department operations.
Establish internal financial controls and maintain proper documentation.
Work closely with General Manager, F&B, Stores, and Operational Heads for financial insights and support.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
3–7 years of hotel accounting experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
