About the Role:

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and card reconciliations, ledger scrutinies.
Ensure accuracy in
bookkeeping
and
branch-level accounting activities
across locations.
Handle
internal audits
and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely and efficient audit processes.
Ensure
compliance with GST regulations
, including timely and accurate filing of returns, reconciliations, and resolving GST-related issues, notices..
Ensure to maintain financial integrity and accuracy.
Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to superiors to support decision-making.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business operations and ensure financial alignment.

Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant
2+ years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-branch setup.
In-depth knowledge of GST laws and compliances.
Proven experience in internal audit processes and controls.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial reporting.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in accounting software (i.e. Tally) and MS Excel.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in a small/mid CA firm along with industrial experience for 1-2 years
Exposure to digital accounting tools and automation
