1. Dealer Network Development & Management Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners in key markets. Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to drive consistent sales. Conduct product training, branding activities, and dealer engagement programs. 2. Project Sales Build and maintain relationships with builders, architects, plumbing contractors, and interior designers. Track ongoing and upcoming residential and commercial projects for kitchen sink requirements. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals with project customers. 3. Sales Planning & Execution Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Plan and execute field visits, product demos, and promotional activities. Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to management. 4. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches. Identify market trends and provide suggestions for product and strategy improvements. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain up-to-date records of leads, calls, meetings, and orders in CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an advantage. Proven work experience (5+ years) as an Accounts Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting standards. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
