We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our Accounts & Finance Division at our Thane West office. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations along with strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Responsibilities include managing the periodic closing processes & monthly and annual financial statements and MIS reports. Prepare Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, Income Tax, and company law provisions. Handle inventory management and cost accounting. Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits. Assist in budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. Maintain financial records in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Assist management in various reporting & MIS requirements. Candidate Profile Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com CA Inter / CMA Inter is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.
