Position Overview: The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, calls, and appointments. The role also handles administrative tasks, coordinates with departments, and ensures smooth day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them appropriately. Manage appointments, meetings, and the office calendar. Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, and document preparation. Maintain office supplies and keep the front desk area organized. Coordinate with departments to support smooth office operations. Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, digital platforms, and referrals. Explain different loan products and eligibility criteria to prospective clients. Assist clients with documentation and application processes. Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals. Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and financial partners. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Commerce, or Finance preferred). 2–6 years of experience in sales (loan/financial sector experience preferred). Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of financial products and credit assessment.
