Position Overview:

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing client interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer satisfaction, and handling basic inside-sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with products/services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) for smooth customer service.
• Maintain customer records and update information in CRM/software.
• Resolve issues professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through processes.
• Identify customer needs and share upselling or cross-selling opportunities with the sales team.
• Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely communication with clients via calls, emails, and messages.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to work in a team and handle customer escalations calmly.
• Previous experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
