Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM OR 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience & communication skills)

Position Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller cum CRM Executive who can handle telecalling, customer relationship management, and sales support efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant voice, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage 100+ calls per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently
• Respond to customer queries through calls and messages
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Follow up for payments and order updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
• Maintain polite, professional communication in Hindi & English
• Prepare call logs, reports, and maintain records

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, sales calling, customer support, or CRM (preferred)
• Languages: Hindi & English (must)
• Skills:
• Pleasant & clear voice
• Confident communication
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, CRM)
• Ability to handle high-volume calls
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Personality: Energetic, extroverted, quick learner, customer-focused
• Preference: Female candidates encouraged to apply
