Qualification: Semi-qualified CA, M.Com in Accounts & Finance, or B.Com with strong domain knowledge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial activities of our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounts, preferably in the manufacturing or electrical panel industry, and will be responsible for budgeting, financial planning, accounting, compliance, and internal controls.

Roles and Responsibilities:Accounts Management:

· Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation.

· Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.

· Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure proper credit control.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

· Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and profitability analysis.

· Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

· Analyze costs and contribute to cost-reduction strategies in production and operations.

Taxation & Compliance:

· Manage GST, TDS, income tax filings, and ensure statutory compliance.

· Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and other inspections.

· Maintain compliance with all financial regulations, including ROC filings and other legal requirements.

Banking & Treasury:

· Handle all banking operations, including cash flow management, LC, BG, OD facilities, and working capital management.

· Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for loans and funding.

ERP & System Implementation:

· Lead implementation or optimization of ERP/accounting software (Tally, Busy, SAP, etc.).

· Ensure timely entry and accuracy of all financial data in the system.

Team Leadership:

· Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance staff.

· Set KPIs and ensure proper training and development of the finance team.

Key Skills & Requirements:

· Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance role in a manufacturing environment.

· Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

· Hands-on experience with Tally, or other ERP systems.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Candidate:

· Candidates from electrical panel or manufacturing industries will be preferred.

· Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multi-functional financial operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹61,776.46 per month
