Job Title: Telecaller Location: Sector-37 D, Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Gender: Male Preferred Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years Qualification: Graduate Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month Benefits: EPF & Medical Benefits Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to manage outbound/inbound calls and assist customers efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Share information about products/services. Maintain records of calls and customer data. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Requirements: Graduate with 1.5 to 3 years of telecalling/customer support experience. Good verbal communication in Hindi and English. Basic computer skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
