Responsibilities:-
Outbound calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce products, explain features, and generate leads.
Inbound calling: Receive calls from customers to address their questions, complaints, and service needs in a professional manner.
Sales and persuasion: Inform customers about product details, prices, and benefits, and guide them toward making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.
Lead generation: Follow up with prospects and customers to build relationships and secure future sales opportunities.
Customer service: Resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Administrative and reporting duties Data management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including contact information.
Database maintenance: Update and manage customer databases regularly.
Call logging: Make recordings of sales calls and deals as needed.
Reporting: Provide reports and insights to a team lead based on call analysis and observations.
Required skills and qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
