Job Title: Telecaller (Female Only)

Department: Sales / Customer Service / Marketing

Job Summary:

The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote company products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Generate leads, maintain call records, and update CRM systems regularly.
• Follow up on leads and maintain continuous relationships with potential customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets as assigned by the management.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Maintain good telephone etiquette and professionalism in every conversation.
• Support marketing and sales campaigns through telephonic follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to close leads and improve conversion rates.
• Collect feedback from customers and report insights to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as applicable].
• Good listening and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
• Location- Greater Noida
