Role Overview

Field Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales for Ghee and SMP through retail and institutional channels.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Regularly visit the market to monitor competitor activity and gather feedback.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and placement in outlets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Provide timely market insights and sales reports to the management team.
• Support in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  

Key Requirements

• Education:

  Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience:

  Up to

  5 years of experience

  in sales of

  dairy products (Ghee & SMP)

  – retail and institutional.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
