Area Sales Manager

As an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales of dairy products in the assigned territory. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets for Ghee and SMP. You will build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, and channel partners. Regular market visits will be essential to monitor competitor activities, identify new opportunities, and ensure a strong market presence. Negotiating deals with institutional clients and collaborating with the marketing team to implement trade promotions and activation plans will be key responsibilities. Additionally, recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales executives/distributors for effective territory coverage is required. You will also be responsible for preparing regular sales reports, MIS, and market feedback for management.
