Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Title: Finance & MIS Executive / Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finance, accounting, and reporting activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements.
• Analyze and finalize monthly financial statements.
• Manage vendor payments and other disbursements.
• Reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts as per the monthly closing schedule.
• Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning, including administration and review of financial plans.
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
• Manage Direct & Indirect Tax compliance and oversee monthly MIS reporting.
• Coordinate and manage internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain month-end hygiene and ensure timely closure of accounting matters.

Requirements & Skills:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Tally, MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting software.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in MIS, budgeting, and audit coordination preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
