Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for rail projects across civils, track, signaling, OLE, and stations. Review design documents, specifications, and drawings to assess material, labor, and time requirements. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and construction teams to ensure alignment and accuracy. Conduct quantity take-offs and pricing using estimating software and industry databases. Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate as needed. Maintain and update estimating databases and historical cost records. All official correspondence with Client & Govt. Bodies. Weekly Review Meeting with PM Writing, evaluating, negotiating and executing various contracts including Main Contract and subcontract. Maintaining and guiding total documents process for EPC projects.
