Job Description

We are seeking Junior Accountant in Majherhat, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Tally, purchase and sales entry, basic computer skills, and online banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily purchase and sales entries in Tally.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices and bills.
Conduct online banking transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliation.
Assist in bank reconciliation statements and ledger maintenance.
Prepare basic financial reports as needed.
Support senior accountants in routine accounting tasks.
Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Familiar with online banking procedures.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualification: B.Com (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
