Job Description

Job Profile : - Key ResponsibilitiesBilling & InvoicingPrepare and issue customer invoices and debit/credit notes Maintain billing records and ensure timely collections Reconcile customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments Coordinate with sales and operations teams for billing accuracy Accounting & BookkeepingRecord day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP Maintain vendor and customer accounts Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities Taxation & ComplianceAssist in preparation and filing of GST returns Maintain input/output GST records Support TDS calculation and challan preparation Coordinate with auditors and consultants during audits Payroll & Salary ProcessingPrepare monthly salary statements and payroll data Maintain employee attendance and reimbursement records Handle PF/ESI filings and statutory documentation General Finance SupportMaintain accounting records and documentation Assist management in financial data preparation Ensure compliance with company accounting policies Qualifications & Skills RequiredBachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting 1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred) Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / MS Excel Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and payroll compliance Strong attention to detail and analytical ability Good communication and coordination skills Work AttributesResponsible and disciplined working approach Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data
