Job Vacancy: Accounts Executive – FMCG (Nuts Business) Location: [PANJIM-GOA] Industry: FMCG / Nuts & Dry Fruits About Us: We are a leading FMCG company specializing in nuts and dry fruits, dedicated to providing premium quality products to our customers. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance and accounting operations and ensure smooth transactional processes. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers ✅ Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and track receivables/payables ✅ Handle GST compliance, TDS, and other statutory requirements ✅ Reconcile accounts, bank statements, and manage cash flow ✅ Assist in budgeting, costing, and financial forecasting ✅ Work closely with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth billing and payments ✅ Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements: ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field ✔ 1–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive, preferably in FMCG, food, or nuts business ✔ Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.) ✔ Good understanding of GST, taxation, and compliance ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ✔ Excellent communication and coordination abilities ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits: ✔ Work with a reputed brand in the nuts and dry fruits industry ✔ Opportunities for learning and career growth ✔ Supportive and professional work environment Apply Now!
