Job Description

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of accounting expertise and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations within the organization. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. - Conduct regular audits and ensure the accuracy of financial data. - Support daily office operations, including managing schedules and correspondence. - Maintain and organize company records and documentation. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. - Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed. - Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient usage. - Serve as a point of contact for vendors and clients regarding administrative inquiries. - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles. - Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. You will be expected to have familiarity with tax regulations and compliance and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The job will be in an office environment with standard working hours and may require occasional overtime during peak periods (e.g., end of the financial year). The salary offered will be competitive based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and food provided. There is also a performance bonus included. Education preferred for this role is a Diploma. The ideal candidate should have 3 years of experience in Tally, 3 years of total work experience, and 2 years of experience in Accounting.
