Job Description

The Accountant cum Admin is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires a blend of accounting expertise and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties: Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct regular audits and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Administrative Duties: Support daily office operations, including managing schedules and correspondence. Maintain and organize company records and documentation. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management. Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring efficient usage. Serve as a point of contact for vendors and clients regarding administrative inquiries. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles. Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance. Experience in payroll processing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours. May require occasional overtime during peak periods (e.g., end of financial year). Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
