Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial activities, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support business decisions at our manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting:

1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including journal entries, ledger accounts, and financial statements.

2. Preparing data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C and reconciliation of GSTR-2B reports and filing the same on GST portal.

3. Full Knowledge of TDS. Required to prepare monthly and quarterly TDS statement

4. Assist with year end workings

Cost Accounting:

1. Analyze and report on manufacturing costs, including labour, materials, and overheads.

2. Conduct cost variance analysis and implement cost-saving initiatives.

3. Develop and maintain standard cost systems.

Inventory Management:

1. Monitor and control inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

2. Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconciliations. Prepare stock aging and movement analysis

3. Implement inventory optimization strategies.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

1. Manage and process vendor invoices, payments, and credit memos.

2. Oversee accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit management.

3. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

1. Assist in preparing annual plant budgets and quarterly forecasts.

2. Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.

3. Provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.

Manufacturing-Specific Tasks:

1. Track and report on production costs, efficiency, and productivity.

2. Analyze and optimize manufacturing variances (labor, material, overhead).

3. Collaborate with production team to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
