Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: 1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including journal entries, ledger accounts, and financial statements. 2. Preparing data for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C and reconciliation of GSTR-2B reports and filing the same on GST portal. 3. Full Knowledge of TDS. Job Description – Quality Control Head (Hair Oil Manufacturing) Department: Quality Control Reports To: Plant Head / Managing Director Location: Padra (Vadodara), Gujarat Experience Required: 8–12 years (preferably in hair oil, cosmetics, or FMCG manufacturing) Job Purpose: To ensure consistent product quality by managing and supervising all Quality Control activities across raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products. The QC Head will lead a small team, maintain testing accuracy, ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards, and work closely with production to maintain product consistency and reduce rejections. Key Responsibilities: Quality Control & Testing – Supervise and perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished hair oil batches. Conduct physico-chemical and sensory tests (color, viscosity, refractive index, acid value, peroxide value, etc.). Verify packaging material quality and ensure timely product release. Lab Management & Documentation – Maintain an organized QC lab, proper documentation, calibration logs, and sample retention. Review and update SOPs and specifications periodically. Process Control & Coordination – Coordinate closely with production for in-process checks, investigate quality issues, and implement CAPA. Support R&D; and trials for new formulations.
