Key Responsibilities: Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations via phone, email, and online channels. Update and maintain reservation details in the WINHMS accurately. Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments for smooth guest experience. Upsell rooms and packages to increase revenue. Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports. Ensure timely responses and excellent customer service. Requirements: Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field. 1–2 years’ experience in hotel reservations preferred. Good communication and computer skills. Knowledge of WINHMS systems an advantage. Guest-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.
