Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings, amendments, and cancellations via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Update and maintain reservation details in the WINHMS accurately.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments for smooth guest experience.
  • Upsell rooms and packages to increase revenue.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reservation reports.
  • Ensure timely responses and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in hotel reservations preferred.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Knowledge of WINHMS systems an advantage.
  • Guest-focused, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
