Job Title: Accountant & Finance Manager Location: Gurgaon, sector 18 Company: Plunes Healthcare Department: Finance & Accounts Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant & Finance Manager to support our finance operations. You will work closely with the founding and operations team, helping manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions using accounting software. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings Track company expenses, budgets, and assist in financial forecasting Coordinate with external CA, legal, and audit teams Develop internal controls and financial SOPs for scalability Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management insights Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance Basic understanding of Indian taxation, compliance, and startup financial workflows Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent organizational and communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
