Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounts and Finance Manager to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements — GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
• Support management with financial analysis for strategic decisions.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / CMA preferred).
• Proven experience ( 5-10 years) in a similar role, preferably in a product or technology company in Accounts department.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IND-AS), taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel ,Zoho book and ERP software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.

Pay: ₹20,677.99 - ₹50,028.32 per month
