Job Title: Accounts And Finance Executive – Real Estate

Location: Khadki, Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally / ERP) and ensure timely posting of all transactions.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Coordinate and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Prepare audit schedules, resolve audit queries, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory filings; ensure timely payments and returns.
• Monitor project-wise expenses, advances, and revenue recognition as per real estate norms.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and management for financial data and compliance requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow planning, and MIS reporting.
• Maintain documentation for all financial transactions in accordance with company policies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / SAP / Real Estate ERP systems.
• Sound understanding of Accounting Standards, GST, and Income Tax laws.
• Hands-on experience in audit coordination and financial statement finalization.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office tools.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in a real estate or construction firm with audit exposure.
