Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of all facility-related services across our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily facility operations across assigned sites.
• Ensure timely maintenance of building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor management activities.
• Monitor and manage AMC contracts and service providers.
• Handle emergency situations such as power failures, fire alarms, or safety issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, equipment, and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for facility-related issues.
• Track and control utility usage and costs.
• Support project teams during fit-outs or site transitions.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Facility Management or Engineering is preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in facility management within the real estate or property management sector.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, fire safety, BMS, etc.).
• Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
