Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Presales Executive with a strong background in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, lead qualification, and providing end-to-end presales support to the sales team. This role involves understanding customer needs, product knowledge, and delivering effective presentations to enhance conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads based on interest and requirements.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company projects, pricing, and market trends to effectively communicate offerings to clients.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for seamless follow-up and closure.
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding property features, pricing, legal documents, and amenities.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with all customer interactions and lead status.
• Follow up diligently with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to ensure conversion and engagement.
• Support marketing campaigns by handling incoming responses and nurturing them into qualified sales opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and necessary documentation for prospective clients.
• Act as a bridge between the marketing and sales departments to ensure smooth coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a presales role within the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
