We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused *Pre-Sales Executive* to join our Interior Design team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, understand their design requirements, and coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to explain interior design services.

* Understand client requirements and share project details with the design team.

* Schedule appointments and design consultations for clients with designers.

* Maintain follow-up communication to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth workflow.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client communication in CRM tools.

* Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

* Any Graduate

* 13 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer handling roles (Interior Design / Real Estate preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing ability and customer handling approach.

* Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
