Position Overview We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Assistant Sales Manager Pre-Sales to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with leads provided by the Marketing team, qualifying prospects, educating them about our projects, and ensuring site visits are scheduled and conducted smoothly. This position is critical in creating a strong first impression for prospects and ensuring a seamless transition to the Sales Managers for closures. Key Responsibilities Lead Calling & Engagement: Make 150+ outbound calls daily to leads provided by the marketing team and engage with potential customers to build interest. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and readiness to buy; keep a strong funnel for site visits. Project Information: Share USPs, pricing, offers; handle preliminary queries and objections. Site Visit Scheduling & Coordination: Fix 10+ site visits/day and coordinate with Sales Managers to ensure they are conducted. CRM Management: Update calling feedback and lead status in CRM after every interaction; track daily KPIs. Key Requirements Experience: 13 years in Pre-Sales / Telecalling / Inside Sales (Real Estate preferred). Skills: Strong communication & persuasion (English/Hindi/Telugu), solid follow-ups, CRM proficiency. Attitude: Energetic, self-motivated, performance-oriented. Performance Metrics 150+ calls/day 10+ site visits fixed/day 20+ site visits conducted per week 100% timely and accurate CRM updates
