Job Title: Facility Executive Location: Pune Experience Required: 3–4 Years Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Executive with 3–4 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations, maintenance, and management of all facility-related services across our properties. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily facility operations across assigned sites. Ensure timely maintenance of building infrastructure (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Supervise housekeeping, security, and vendor management activities. Monitor and manage AMC contracts and service providers. Handle emergency situations such as power failures, fire alarms, or safety issues effectively. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for facility-related issues. Track and control utility usage and costs. Support project teams during fit-outs or site transitions. Key Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; a diploma/degree in Facility Management or Engineering is preferred. 3–4 years of relevant experience in facility management within the real estate or property management sector. Strong knowledge of building systems (MEP, fire safety, BMS, etc.). Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
