Role: Accounts and Compliance Manager
We are seeking an an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts and Compliance Manager to join our growing Finance and Operations team in Indore. This key role involves managing core accounting functions, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic financial planning. If you have a strong background in accounting, compliance, and financial operations—and are passionate about supporting mission-driven work in sustainability—this could be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee GST, TDS, payroll, invoicing & vendor paymentsMaintain books of accounts using TallyLead audits, compliance reporting, and statutory filingsCoordinate with internal teams, vendors & clientsAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlEnsure accuracy in financial data and reporting

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting or Finance7+ years of accounting & financial compliance experienceStrong command over GST, TDS, payroll & Tally softwareStrong communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented with excellent time managementFamiliarity with ERP tools & audit processes
