Job Description

Position : Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Manage and supervise the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure all necessary resources are available.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and office regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting and managing office expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Organize and manage office events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics for senior management and staff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, service providers, and other external partners.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management as required.
  • Implement and maintain a document management system for office files and records.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager or in a similar leadership role in administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office management software.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures and HR practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

· + Vendor Bills management ( Checking, approvals etc. )

· + Outstanding management, follow-up with client for outstanding etc. ( open to learn our IT system for outstanding )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
