We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts cum Admin Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting, ensure statutory compliance, handle vendor and payroll matters, and oversee general administration, including facility and employee management. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS. Manage inventory accounting, cost tracking, and reconciliation. Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, and credit control. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Oversee office and plant administration including maintenance, security, and housekeeping. Maintain company assets, procurement of office supplies, and service contracts. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage staff attendance, leave records, and support HR with employee documentation. Organize travel, accommodation, and logistics for staff or guests. Ensure safety and legal compliance for workplace operations. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree Proven experience in a similar dual-role position, preferably in a manufacturing setup. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with factory operations. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
