Marketing Executive Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Marketing Executive to represent our organization in hospitals and health care institutions. The role involves building relationships with hospital administrators and procurement teams, promoting our aluminium waste recycling initiative, and securing agreements for the collection and reuse of aluminium waste.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit hospitals and health care facilities regularly to meet with the concerned authorities (administrators, procurement officers, sustainability managers, etc.).

· Present and explain our aluminium waste recycling program, highlighting environmental and economic benefits.

· Negotiate and finalize agreements for the purchase and collection of aluminium waste.

· Maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders to ensure long-term collaboration.

· Track and report hospital visits, leads, and conversions to management.

· Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate logistics for waste collection and recycling.

· Stay updated on sustainability practices and hospital waste management regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development (experience in healthcare or recycling industry is an advantage).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build trust and rapport with hospital decision-makers.

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork.

· Basic knowledge of sustainability and waste management practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,979.88 - ₹20,872.70 per month
