*Key Responsibilities:*- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, and reconciliations- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements- Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and perform bank reconciliations- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities- Collaborate with internal teams for expense tracking and approval workflows- Support audits by providing necessary financial data and reportsRequirements:-- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field- *Experience:* 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles- *Skills:* - Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and compliance - Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP systems is a plus
