Plastic Injection Moulding Process Engineer

You will be joining Sharv Polyplast Private Limited as a Plastic Injection Moulding Process Engineer based in Chakan MIDC, Phase 2, Near Philips. As a key member of the Production Department, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the injection moulding department. Your role will involve ensuring optimal productivity and maintaining high-quality standards in line with the company's commitment to delivering top-notch products within specified timelines. Your duties will include supervising and mentoring a team of operators, providing them with the necessary training and guidance to enhance their skills. You will be tasked with monitoring production schedules and making necessary adjustments to meet demand while maximizing operational efficiency. Regular inspections of machinery to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards will also be part of your routine tasks. Collaboration with the engineering and maintenance teams will be essential as you troubleshoot and resolve operational issues that may arise during the production process. Your ability to analyze production data critically will help identify areas for improvement, and you will be expected to implement effective solutions to enhance overall efficiency. To excel in this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CIPET or a related field and have 10-12 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding, preferably in a supervisory capacity. A strong understanding of moulding processes, machinery, and quality control systems is crucial. Your leadership and communication skills will be vital in effectively managing the team and coordinating with other departments.
