We are looking for Purchase Executive to handle the sourcing and purchasing of fabrics and related materials to support Linenwalas’ production needs. The role focuses on finding quality materials, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Job Responsibilities · Source and buy fabrics and related materials. · Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to get the best deals. · Ensure materials meet quality standards and company requirements. · Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues. · Track inventory to avoid shortages or excess stock. · Stay updated on textile market trends and pricing. · Maintain purchase records and prepare reports. · Follow company policies and promote eco-friendly sourcing. We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Refund and Claims Executive to manage Amazon order processing, handle refunds and claims, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation for a seamless customer experience. Job Responsibilities · Process customer orders, refunds, returns, and chargebacks on Amazon Seller Central with precision and efficiency. · Investigate and resolve customer claims and disputes promptly to uphold high customer satisfaction standards. · Perform accurate reconciliation of refund transactions, ensuring compliance with financial policies and Amazon guidelines. · Maintain detailed financial records of transactions, refunds, and claims for accounting and reporting purposes. · Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve order fulfillment, delivery, and return-related issues. · Monitor customer feedback and respond to inquiries regarding orders, refunds, and claims in a professional manner. · Prepare periodic financial reports on refund and claim activities to support accounting and business analysis. · Ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies and internal financial controls. The ideal candidate will be creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven, with a strong ability to build community engagement, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable results across platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels). Manage daily activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.). Foster community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and building conversations. Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI). Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
