Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be creative, trend-savvy, and data-driven, with a strong ability to build community engagement, enhance brand visibility, and deliver measurable results across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels).
• Manage daily activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Foster community engagement by responding to messages, comments, and building conversations.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI).
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
• Execute paid campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Identify and engage with influencers for brand partnerships.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably D2C/E-commerce).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity in content development with basic graphic design/video editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe tools preferred).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
