Job Description – Computer Operator / Back Office Executive

Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Reports To: Manager – Operations

Responsibilities

• Data entry and record maintenance.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and daily reports.
• Handle emails, documentation, and filing.
• Support order processing, dispatch, and MIS reporting.
• Assist with office admin tasks as required.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of Tally / ERP (preferred).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Back Office Executive.
• Freshers with strong computer knowledge may also apply.
