Accountant

To strengthen our finance team, we are hiring an experienced Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounts, compliance, and documentation with accuracy and responsibility. Job Requirements: ● Female candidate only ● Age: 25–40 years ● Prior accounting experience (minimum 3 years preferred) ● Proficiency in Busy & Tally Accounting Software, GST, and compliance procedures ● Strong knowledge of payroll (PF & ESIC) and financial documentation Key Responsibilities: ● Manage daily accounting entries in Busy Software (sales, purchases, challans). ● Prepare challans, invoices, salary vouchers, and maintain the voucher book. ● Handle bank entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of bank statements. ● Assist in GST filing: merging sales/purchase data, uploading bills, and preparing GST challans. ● Coordinate with CA for monthly and annual returns, audits, and ITR preparation. ● Manage payroll, including salary calculation, PF & ESIC updates, bonus, and settlements. ● Oversee creditors’ payments, debtor recovery, petty cash diary, and payment reminders. ● Prepare quotations, purchase orders, proforma invoices, e-way bills, and import/export documentation. ● Maintain proper filing of documents, insurance ledgers, and compliance records. ● Support management with personal expense data and administrative financial tasks. ● Handle phone calls, emails, and customer/vendor communication professionally.  Skills Required: ● Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software ● Knowledge of GST, PF, ESIC, and compliance procedures ● Knowledge of Import & Export documentation ● Strong documentation and filing management skills ● Good communication skills (phone & email handling) ● Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
