Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Dispatch and Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing dispatch operations and purchase coordination, ensuring smooth handling of materials, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: ● Inspect received parcels and create job cards for re-sharpening. ● Maintain online records of blade re-sharpening and processing. ● Pack, label, and dispatch re-sharpened blades with proper documentation. ● Track and confirm receipt of dispatched materials. ● Handle inspection-related parcels and prepare challans for transfers. ● Schedule and monitor delivery collections/drop-offs; inspect raw materials. ● Coordinate purchase requirements with senior staff; place and track orders via WhatsApp/email. ● Maintain online and offline records of orders and assist in accounting tallies. ● Support senior staff in updates, queries, and other departmental needs. ● Assist colleagues during their absence to ensure continuity of work. Candidate Criteria: ● Female candidates only, aged 20–30 years. ● Prior experience in Dispatch and Purchase is mandatory. ● Strong organizational and communication skills. ● Ability to manage tasks independently with attention to detail.
