Job Description

  • Export Loading coordination
  • Manage store function effectively with best practices in the inventory management including receiving the incoming material, control of inventory, service to user, management of the store personnel
  • Ensuring safe storage and implementation of ECPL food safety Management system (OFSS)
  • Responsible for implementation of the ECPL safety and security standards in store
  • Work in close co-ordination of the manufacturing and supply chain to maintain the optimum level of the inventory for the categories assigned
  • Establish and follow the documented processes for store management
  • Manage issues relating to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety and sanitation
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policis and procedures

Train and develop people to ensure good store keeping practices .

  • Need to take initiative to set up and train people on store operations
  • High degree of coordination between plants and other functions to sustain smooth functioning of the manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure monitoring & verification of all works in finished goods area
  • Take the requirements and shortages of goods and send to the production dept.(Monthly wise, week wise and day wise requirements)
  • Plan the container dispatch
  • Make an improvement in culture in order to develop new work practices and check lists that improve man & machine efficiency
  • Inform stuffing information to the Spices Board and C&F agencies .
  • Arrange outsource and other location items to despatch.
  • Ensure strong in 5 S area and generate new innovations & ideas on cost control intitiatives .
  • Need to coordinate and accomplish the despatch supervisors works in his absence.

Main Tasks

  • Should plan the despatch accordingly the warehouse capacity and manpower.
  • Should collaborate with Finance/SCM/Mfg to arrive at timely inventory verification at month end
  • Efficiently manage the receipt, storage and issues of FG as per policies and procedures and required service levels.
  • Adhere to daily dispatch plans and ensure efficient order picking, loading, stacking, routing and documentation.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedule for all material handling equipment.
  • Ensure compliance to all applicable legislation and risk policies.

Education and Experience

Any graduate

min 2 years years in store management

Store function, material management

Issue/Receipt of materials, proper documentation
