In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions and preparing financial reports.
You will ensure accuracy in financial records, analyze financial data, and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
○ Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and commissions.
○ Verify and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
○ Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
○ Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
○ Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
○ Provide support in developing financial projections and analyzing variances against actual results.
○ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
○ Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and implement necessary adjustments to financial processes.
○ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
○ Provide financial insights and guidance to optimize financial performance.
○ Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
○ Implement best practices in financial management to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
● Experience : 0-2 yrs
● Have working knowledge in Zoho Accounting Software and GST filing.
● Proven experience as an accountant or financial Analyst.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
● Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, and ERP systems.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
● Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
