Service Engineer (Biotechnology Equipment )

Position Title: Service Engineer

Department: Technical Services

Location: Hyderabad, Mumbai and Chandigarh

Reports To: Service Manager

Role Summary:

The Service Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of Bioscreen’s range of biotechnology instruments and equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission biotechnology instruments at client locations.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Respond to customer service requests promptly and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Maintain service logs, documentation, and generate reports for service activities.
• Train end-users on proper operation and maintenance of instruments.
• Liaise with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering freshers. (2024 graduated candidates may also apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites across India.
