Job Description – Accounts Executive Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Faridabad, Sector 65 Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Accounts Manager Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Starcore Refrigeration Ltd is a fast-growing organization in the industrial refrigeration sector, committed to delivering excellence and maintaining transparency in all financial operations. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our finance and accounts team. Key Responsibilities Should be well versed with Day-to-Day accounting Should be well versed with Tally prime Knowledge of Sale invoicing , purchase entries and eway bill, insurance, job work challan generation Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliations Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance. Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections. Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Required Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Tally prime / ERP / MS Excel and other accounting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Qualifications Education: B. Com / M. Com Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance. Certifications: Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws is mandatory.
