Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant based in Kolkata. The Accountant will handle daily accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations. The role will also include conducting audits, preparing budgets, and analyzing financial data to support business decisions. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles and practices Experience with financial statement preparation and financial data analysis Skills in payroll management and budget preparation Knowledge of compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and handle confidential information Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
