Job Title: Accountant Location: NTF ENGINEERING CO , Majiwada , Thane (w) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–5 years Industry: Construction / Interior / Contracting / Trading Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP and Excel, who can manage end-to-end accounting operations, prepare project-based quotations, maintain billing documentation, handle salary and petty cash records, and assist in day-to-day financial activities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain project/client-wise quotations and pricing statements Generate and track bills/invoices for clients and vendors based on job progress Manage petty cash transactions, maintain proper records, and prepare petty cash slips Maintain employee salary slips, attendance records, and payment schedules Record daily transactions such as purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts accurately in Tally ERP Reconcile vendor and client payments, bank statements, and ledger balances regularly Ensure proper documentation and timely entry of all vouchers in Tally ERP Maintain records of outstanding receivables and payables and follow up when required Support the management in preparing cost reports, financial summaries, and data-driven decisions Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and accurate billing and cash flow tracking Key Skills & Requirements: Proficient in Tally ERP (mandatory) Advanced Excel knowledge — data entry, formulas, reconciliation, and reporting Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, billing processes, and documentation Ability to prepare accurate quotations, salary slips, and cash expense reports Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently Educational Qualification: 12th pass / B.Com or any relevant degree in Accounting or Commerce Relevant certification in Tally / Advance Excel & Word Certification (preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile: Prior experience in construction, trading, services, or contracting industries Should be able to work independently and take full responsibility for finance-related tasks Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and vendors Contact Mohammed :- 9930604497
