The ideal candidate will handle project cost tracking, client billing, vendor payments, tax compliance, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to statutory regulations. --- Key Responsibilities : Maintain accurate books of accounts including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements. Monitor and record property transactions such as sales, leases, construction costs, and commissions. Prepare project-wise cost sheets and budgets; monitor variances. Process invoices, vendor payments, and coordinate with suppliers/contractors. Generate and analyze financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and monthly MIS. Ensure timely filing of TDS, GST, income tax, and other statutory returns. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow forecasting. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors or tax consultants. Support payroll processing, advances, reimbursements, and employee expense tracking. Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules. Support the finance team in preparing annual budgets and financial strategies. --- Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com).
